ARD Fitness and Martial Arts Coaching.
ARD fitness combines combat sports with fitness training to help a wide range of individuals to achieve their personal goals. I use my education from BSc in Sports Science and Level 3 Personal Training combined with my experience as a World class Martial arts Coach and Athlete to help you to achieve your goals.
Whether your goal is to become a world champion Martial Artist, get fit and strong, learn self-defence, or simply enjoy Martial arts and fitness, then ARDfitness is here to help you.
I teach the combat arts: MMA, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling and No Gi BJJ. I am open for sessions 7 days a week and teach personal or small group training packages.
I have been coaching since 2006 and I have been lucky enough to work with some great individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. If you would like me to help you on your journey then give me a message.

Availability
Please note: sessions are bookable 1 week prior to date of session on a first come first serve basis. Regular students will receive priority on available slots and 24 notice is required to cancel. After this period, the full sum of the session will be billed.
