Are you eating too much? Try this simple strategy to tracking your meals.

Eat every 2-3 hours on a 12 hour window (8am-8pm),

A PALM sized amount of protein,

­

A FIST sized amount of carbs,

­

A THUMB sized amount of good fats,

­

­

Foods as close to their natural state as possible with minimal processing (less than 5 ingredients, no unpronounceable ingredients) as often as possible.

­Use supplements to supplement your diet – not replace it!
